At Modah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't fit quite right. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Please note the following:

Return window:
- Shapewear: Due to hygiene reasons, returns for shapewear must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Returns will only be accepted in cases of quality defects or design flaws.
- Condition of returned items: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- Original receipt required: Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return.
How to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team by email (Info@modah.net) to initiate your return or exchange request.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will process your request according to your preference:
- Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Exchange: We will ship your exchange item(s) to you free of charge.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our return criteria.
